One of the things that we’re proud of and we value highly because it sets us apart, is our strong talent retention.
This year we have a number of team members celebrating 20 years’ service with us. Well, we’re celebrating anyway – we can’t speak for them!!
The first to have their achievement recognised with a long service award is Simon Clark (second from left), pictured here with Directors (left to right) Ali, Neil and Pete.
Simon joined the business just after the Millenium having worked in the Civil Service.
He looks after our admin systems, making sure you all get the correct documents and in a timely manner. He has specific expertise in designing processes & procedures and was instrumental in streamlining our activities when we switched to near-paperless operation.
Simon is a talented amateur photographer so was rewarded for his service with some vouchers to enable him to expand his kit bag.
